A series of lectures is being held to coincide with the Intermediatheque 10th Anniversary Special Exhibition “Birds in Paradise”. The highlights of the exhibition, as well as various perspectives on birds ranging from Art to Science will be explained by specialists from various disciplines, from Natural History to the history of jewelry.

Legends and Motifs of Bird Feathers
Speakers: Inezita Gay-Eckel (Jewelry Historian and Teacher at L’ÉCOLE) + Elena-Caroline Boneti (Gemologist and Teacher at L’ÉCOLE)
Contents: A jewelry specialists’ view on birds’ feathers, their structure and how they are expressed.
